
Santa Librada is a trans-fronted rock quartet from Baltimore, Maryland. Formed in 2016, the band consists of Rahne Alexander on vocals, Kelsi Loos on guitar, Colleen Pelser on bass, and Sharon Santos on drums. Santa Librada takes its name from the patron saint of Las Tablas, the region in Panama where Kelsi served in the Peace Corps.

Paul Smith Stewart is a professional musician and music educator. He has recorded and performed with many different artists, but is best known for his work with the Central Coast band Still Time. Beginning in 2004, Still Time steadily expanded from a local college band to a national touring act and successfully released four albums on their independent record label, When It Hits Records.
A recent graduate of Berklee College of Music, he is expected to release his second EP, Renewal, in the spring of 2018.
