Reminder – Record Store Day 2011

Hey There-

Just a quick reminder that the deadline over at Record Store Day to get your commercial RSD2011 pieces registered on their list is tomorrow (Feb 1, 2011)!

Also, here’s some rough timeline info for getting your RSD releases pressed here at GGR — please note these are just rough guidelines….please contact Matt at (800) 295-0171 or [email protected] before placing your order for more specific info.

RSD Vinyl Pressing Orders submitted 2/1 should ship by 3/15

RSD Vinyl Pressing Orders submitted by 2/7 should ship by 3/22

RSD Vinyl Pressing Orders submitted by 2/14 should ship by 3/29

RSD Vinyl Pressing Orders submitted by 2/21 should ship by 4/5

RSD Vinyl Pressing Orders submitted by 2/28 should ship by 4/12

* Please note that delays in test pressing/art approvals/other circumstances can alter these timelines.

We are pumped to announce that The Vinyl District (TVD) has asked GGR to be the editors for its TVD Cleveland network blog! TVD is the official blog of Record Store Day 2011, and features great reviews of vinyl releases, audio samples, and occasionally, free giveaways!

As editors, we plan on focusing upon the great releases, music establishments, and music news occurring in Cleveland and throughout Ohio.
