New Record Pressing — St. Paul & The Broken Bones

New record pressing – St. Paul & The Broken Bones – Self Titled.

The sixth studio album. In rock-music mythos, the self-titled album is a line in the sand—typically signifying a reinvention, a reunion, or a return to roots. St. Paul and the Broken Bones, the sixth LP from Birmingham, Alabama’s ever-evolving Southern-soul giants, is somehow all of these things at once—carrying forward the experimental spirit of their back-to-back heavyweights The Alien Coast and (2022) Angels in Science Fiction (2023), but with a warmer, more accessible vibe that recalls the fun, exuberance, and buoyancy of their breakout debut, Half the City (2014), and beloved follow-ups Sea of Noise (2016) and Young Sick Camellia (2018). As singer and co-founder Paul Janeway puts it, these 10 songs represent a “reset and a refresh” after a frenetic few years.

“It’s the outcome of the book we wrote with the last records,” he says, surveying the band’s evolution into a period that touched on art-rock structures, stoner metal atmosphere, and rap beats. “[The self-titled album] is what the band is now. I think the band in general feels reignited…Making this record was a long journey, but I think it’s one of those rare times where it felt really worth it. It feels very much like a renewed energy. And who knows? We might make our death metal record next.”

Release date October 10, 2025 – order now.

August 2025 – Sonopress, a global leader in media manufacturing, is proud to announce a new partnership with Gotta Groove Records, a highly respected U.S.-based vinyl production company. As part of this collaboration, Gotta Groove Records will offer the innovative EcoRecord, Sonopress’s environmentally friendly LP record solution, to its customers in the United States.

Founded in Cleveland, Ohio, with additional operations in Columbus, Gotta Groove Records has long been known for its high-quality vinyl production and its deep commitment to sustainability. “We are very excited to partner with Gotta Groove Records,” said Sven Deutschmann, CEO of Sonopress. “Matt Earley and his team share our passion for quality and sustainability. Their reputation and longstanding experience in the U.S. market make them the ideal partner to help bring our EcoRecord to a wider audience of artists, labels, and environmentally conscious music fans.”

New Record Pressing — Spacefuzz

New record pressing – Spacefuzz: With his new album Crush Depth – A Dub-Sonic Submarine Symphony in Four Sides, artist/composer Spacefuzz has forged a unique path through psychedelic experimental rock, landing at intense collision of poly-polyphonies and deeply emotional sonic microspheres set within a large-scale symphonic sonata form presented as a classic prog-rock double LP concept album archetype.

New record pressing by Buck Gooter — King Kong Lives: Thereminsanity – available now!

The lead single from the album, King Kong Lives, details the doomed resurrection of Kong over a rumbling minimal electro instrumental punctuated by Terry Turtle’s poignant chorus of “Fly into a rage and I lose control / Everybody’s got a little monkey in their soul”. King Kong lives in everything you know. You can hear it NOW on all streaming platforms or Bandcamp:

Buck Gooter began in 2005 as the primal electro rock duo of Terry Turtle and Billy Brett and has continued, at Terry’s urging, since his passing in 2019. “King Kong Lives: Thereminsanity” is the third Buck Gooter album created with Terry chiming in from beyond on every song via never before heard samples of his guitar and voice.
