Check it out — the latest installment from the Cleveland-native imprint, Exit Stencil Recordings: The New Lou Reeds‘ new album entitled Hit Songs….available now at their online store and at select independent retailers nationally!
It features 7 brand spankin new songs, and is ONLY available on vinyl!

This is the first [of hopefully many] Cyclopean Records pressed here at GGR — Slaughter Strike‘s new 12″ EP entitled At Life’s End.
Crafted by veterans of the Canadian Death/thrash/grind world, the newest offering since their debut cassette A Litany of Vileness will prove them to be even more of a filthy, priest-stomping monster that wants to devour your being through unrelenting metal. Fans of Bill Steer era Napalm Death, Repulsion, and Discharge will find ’em to be true brethren, and a limited pressing on vinyl means that it would be foolish to pass this one up. (An extremely limited number of colored records were pressed in addition to black).
The Artificial Heart, based in Austin, TX, is set to release their new self-titled LP on sexy red vinyl today! You can grab a copy here (pre-orders will get a copy signed by the band!)
Rory is joined by former Impossible Craig Tweedy on bass (arguably the best bass player on god’s green earth) with Scott Clapsaddle on guitar (your next guitar hero) with ? holding down the backbeat.
Initially entitled ‘Rory and The Artificial Heart’ the band began playing shows in 2006 and continue to bring the rock even when it’s probably not appropriate.

Recession Records enlisted GGR to press the latest LP by the very talented S (Jenn Ghetto, ex-Carissa’s Wierd), I’m Not As Good At It As You. There were a limited number of test pressings sold at her recent shows, and the final pressing will be available soon via the label’s online store.
Bongripper — Satan Worshiping Doom. According to the band, this album sounds like a “thousand tons of bricks”, and is for fans of Sabbath and Satan. You can grab a copy of this DOUBLE LP for yourself here.
This is the first record we pressed for the killer 6131 Records label. Alpha & Omega is currently on tour with Sick Of It All, Trash Talk, and 50 Lions. You can grab a copy of this new LP – Life Swallower at the 6131 Records online store or at select independent retailers across the U.S.
Check out this Chicago post-punk band and their hot new [GGR pressed] LP — This Is Fancy. You can grab a copy at the band’s website.

Another killer startup indie label is New Haven, CT-based Safety Meeting Records. Carlos Wells runs the show, there, and we are always happy to be working for him and his signed bands. The latest two GGR-pressed Safety Meeting releases are La Strada‘s New Home and Titles‘ Dirt Bell LP.
La Strada will be available nationally at select independent record stores, and both releases can be purchased at the Safety Meeting Records online store!
We really appreciate all of our repeat customers, and are always excited to be a part of making records happen at startup indie labels. This is a special shout-out to Broken Circles Records, who recently enlisted GGR to press two more projects: The Gloria Record: Start Here and Emery: The Weak’s End EP. Be sure to grab a copy of each of these records from Broken Circle Records — both were pressed on a variety of limited-run colors!
